This print cookbook includes over 40 stories and recipes of University of Alberta professors, staff, alumni and students. Included in the book are both savoury and sweet recipes with dishes spanning from all over the world. Themes of loss, comfort, reconciliation, support and more can be found in this book. 100% of the proceeds will go towards providing opportunities for University of Alberta students to engage with the Edmonton community through running future cooking classes, grocery buses, and support other food literacy and community building programming both on and off-campus. This includes creating placements for students to volunteer with Converse and Cook to create and run food literacy and cooking education programming!
