Berna Bayram was a visiting student at the UofA in Fall 2019 and attended quite a few of our cooking classes. Towards the end of the semester, she graciously offered to lead some classes, teaching others to make some her favourite recipes from back home. What we love about this one is that she not only teaches you how to make her curry paste but also the curry. We’ve tried the curry paste with other ingredients like chickpeas or chicken and it still tastes fantastic. You could also make the curry paste and store it separately and add it to dishes like fried rice for extra flavour 🙂
